What do I need to bring?

You will be issued a kit list at the time of booking, but don't worry if you don't have the items, we can supply most items so long as you give us 7 days notice.
How will you know where I am?

All participants will be given a GPS tracker which will be attached to the inside of their rucksack. It has an SOS button for immediate assistance calling.
Do i have to be in really good physical strength to do the challenge?

Physical fitness is important, we ask to be notified of any medical condition that may be relevant to carrying out physical excercise. The participant will know what their limits are and we always insist that the participant work within their limits.
Do i have to bring my own food and drink?

We will supply water at the beginning of the event and throughout. For the 20K and Ultimate Essex escape and evasion challenge you will be given ration pack food to consume for the duration. A light snack is offered to those undertaking the 10K challenge at the end. Please do not bring food with you as this will be removed from you prior to departure.
